Can I really buy a home, save a large portion of my downpayment and still have NO required mortgage payment? For many, the answer is yes and it’s all explained below.

Many seniors don’t have enough cash reserves after buying a home. The reason is, that they pay cash for the home as they feel this is the only way to live without a mortgage payment.

What many don’t realize is they may need money in the future for unexpected expenses. Many seniors believe Medicare will cover any medical issues and they can easily survive on their pensions and or social security. Sadly, this is often NOT the case.

Too many seniors struggle simply because they don’t have FACTUAL information that could help them preserve their cash and still have no monthly mortgage payment.
